CIA agent John Norris braves capture, torture, and death to stop fanatic Arab dictator Abu Ben Salamat who intends to unleash a deadly superweapon unless the world capitulates to his demands

The Arab leader in case creates a superweapon which can create sunspots on the sun which in turn can be used to destroy the Western Hemisphere.
