Science Fiction Magazine from Kuwait from the 1980s

I have tried looking for this from a number of sources but to no avail and thus I am taking my query to the internet and the readers. Someone contacted me who wanted to find out about a Science Fiction Magazine that was published in the 1980s. Islam and Science Fiction is a website on all things related to Islam, Muslims and Science Fiction and everything in between.The exploration of Islam and Science Fiction is from a cultural and social perspective, from a cultural and civilizational sense. A more appropriate term would be Marshall Hodgson's Islamicate.   1. Not sure, I was in Kuwait in the 1990s and intermittently followed Science Fiction but did not come across a magazine.
